Service Estimates & Terms

When moving with us, all goods are transported at the "Owner’s Risk." This means that the carrier is not liable for any loss or damage to your items during transit, except if the damage or loss is caused intentionally by the carrier.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, you are fully responsible for any potential damage or loss. This includes the cost of repairing or replacing your goods and any damage to fittings, windows, floors, or walls at either the collection or delivery locations.

For peace of mind, we recommend adding transit insurance, available through us, or consulting your personal insurance provider to ensure your items are fully covered during the move.

Payment Terms

Payment for moving services is due upon completion of the job. You will receive an estimated cost prior to your move, and the final payment is required when the move is completed.

Cancellation Fees

Should you need to cancel your moving service, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation with 48 hours' notice:
• 1 hour charge for a half-day move
• 2 hours charge for a full-day move
• Cancellation with 24 hours' notice or less:
• 5 hours charge for a half-day move
• 8 hours charge for a full-day move
