- Callout Fee: $60 + GST applies for moves within Christchurch CBD.
- Minimum Booking: Each move has a 2-hour minimum to cover travel and setup.
- Moves Outside Christchurch: Depo-to-depo charges apply for moves beyond the city.
- Additional Moving Costs: Oversized items such as pool tables, heavy safes, or bulky furniture incur an extra $300 + GST.
- Time Rounding: After the 2-hour minimum, charges are rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.
- Weekend & Holiday Rates: These moves are billed at $195/hr + GST.
Payment Terms & Insurance
We aim to make the financial side of moving just as stress-free as the physical move.
- Payment Due: Full payment is required upon completion of your move.
- Accepted Methods: Eftpos, Visa, and Mastercard (note: 2.5% card surcharge applies).
